A welcoming introduction to the lagree method, designed for those new to the workout. This class focuses on proper form, slower pacing, and controlled movement while still delivering an effective full-body burn. 

Arms/Abs

A focused upper body and core workout designed to sculpt, strengthen, and define. This class targets arms, shoulders, and deep core muscles.

The Open Mega

An open studio session designed for experienced clients or instructors wanting additional practice. This self-guided time on the mega pro allows you to practice, refine, and train at your own pace.

Lower/Core

A lower body and core focused workout that sculpts and strengthens the glutes, legs, and core through slow, controlled movement and constant tension. 

Total Body

A signature full-body workout designed to strengthen, sculpt, and challenge you. This class combines slow, controlled movements with constant tension to target core, legs, arms, and glutes in every sequence. 

Advanced Full Body

This advanced full body class combines longer holds, deeper ranges of motion, and minimal transitions to maximize time under tension and muscle fatigue.
